M1 - Gottaseeaboutagirl Rallies To Night Styles Win

East Rutherford, NJ [March 23, 2012] -- Gottaseeaboutagirl worked out a second over trip and easily overcame the leaders to win the $46,000 Night Styles final on Friday night at the Meadowlands Racetrack. 

Driver David Miller steered the lone 3-year-old in the field of filly and mare pacers to a mark of 1:51.3.  Just A Glimpse finished 2 3-4 lengths behind in second, while Buck Stops Here held third.  Gottaseeaboutagirl returned $7 for the win.

Bob Rice trains the daughter of Western Terror-Minnie Driver, who was a bargain $2,000 yearling purchase.  Unraced at two, Gottaseeaboutagirl now sports a record of four wins in eight career starts.  Rice’s father, Alexander Rice Sr., co-owns the filly with Michael Horn of Dover, DE and Charles Bonham of Bridgeton, NJ.



Live racing continues Saturday night with a 7 p.m. post time.  Joe McLead, co-owner of Sugar Valley Farm stallion station in Delaware, OH will be the guest on In The Sulky before the start of the card.
