Leading the way for the State Fair Stakes for the fillies is Jamie Sue, from the Mark Ford stable. The 3-year old daughter of Art Major – Road To Pandalay has already posted a NYSS victory this season when she dead heated with Brownsville Bomber at Vernon Downs last weekend. She will go to the post in the first division for fillies on Monday afternoon sporting a record of five wins and four seconds in eleven seasonal outings good for earnings of more than $80,000.
Leading the way for the colts is Domethatagain from the Erv Miller Stable. The 3-year old son of Bettor’s Delight – Road Sign has already posted two second place finishes in sire stakes action, but will look for the second win in his fifth seasonal start on Monday in race number seven.
