SBOANJ - FOUR BY ROCKNROLL HANOVER TO FACE OFF IN NORTH AMERICA CUP

MANALAPAN, NJ – June 12, 2012 – Four of the 10 finalists in the C$1.5 million Pepsi North America Cup on Saturday at Mohawk Raceway are sons of New Jersey-based stallion Rocknroll Hanover.

Pet Rock, A Rocknroll Dance, Time To Roll and Simply Business will all represent their sire, Rocknroll Hanover in the three-year-old pacing stakes contested over the seven-eighths mile track in Campbellville, Ontario.

Time To Roll [second], Pet Rock [fourth] and Rocknroll Dance [fifth] all finished within two lengths of first elim winner Dapper Dude in a 1:49.3 mile while Simply Business was fifth in the elimination won by Sweet Lou in a Canadian record 1:47.4.

Rocknroll Hanover, who stands at Perretti Farms in Cream Ridge, NJ, is the only stallion with more than one finalist in this year’s North America Cup.  Rocknroll Hanover won the 2005 edition of the North America Cup
