Ppk5/8 - Paper Beats Rock Unbeatable Lately

The wins continue to pile up for Paper Beats Rock after he romped again over $6,000 restricted claiming company on the February 1 program. For a fifth consecutive start since moving into the care of trainer-driver Richie Simard, the 4 year old RocknRoll Hanover-In Every Way gelding was a front end winner, this time in a life's mark of 1:53. Running Ron, in rein to Ed Hensley was second in the $3,700 purse test while Gimme Some Money partnered by Kyle Aylor was third.

Paper Beats Rock was originally named Twin B Rock Star and his full potential may not be known. The pacer was a $40,000 yearling as hip 498 in the 2008 Harrisburg Sale. Ownership is held by Fred Monteleone Stable of Pompano Beach, FL.
