YONKERS, NY, Thursday, June 8, 2017—Though
the return of live racing is a week or so away, Yonkers Raceway continues to
offer a full range of afternoon simulcasting.
Saturday’s (June 10th) Belmont
Stakes highlights the activities, with a special early first post of 11:35 AM.
Yonkers’ mutuel windows open at 11 AM, with advance wagering for the entire
Belmont Stakes program available Friday (June 9th).
Belmont’s first post Friday is 12:50 PM,
with Yonkers’ windows opening at 12 Noon. Included in the advance wagering
options are a pair of two-day gimmick doubles, the New York Stakes/Metropolitan
Handicap & Belmont Gold Cup/Belmont Stakes.
The 149th Belmont goes as the
11th race (of 13), with a scheduled post time of 6:37 PM.
Live racing and evening simulcasting returns Friday, June 16th (post
time 7:10 PM).
