Monticello Raceway Fireworks Sunday July 2

Monticello Raceway will have its annual Fireworks show on Sunday July 2nd at 10 pm.  For decades the Monticello Raceway fireworks have been lighting up the sky and bringing smiles to many. Executive Director of Racing & Facilities Shawn Wiles, noted that there is a slight departure from the norm, and that there will be no live Harness Racing that evening.  Admission is free for the fireworks display.

Monticello Raceway will resume its normal live racing schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with a 12:50 pm post time, with and day and evening simulcasting also available in the comfort of its state of the art Simulcasting room.

The season’s first New York Sire Stakes event will be held on July 11, where 3 year old filly trotters will take the stage.
