HAMBURG, N.Y. --- The 2-year-old filly pacers in the New
York Sire Stakes have just one day of competition under their belts this
season, that coming on July 7 at Vernon Downs when four brackets were run. But
the action will heat up again for the freshmen females at Buffalo Raceway on
Sunday afternoon (July 16) with all previous division winners entered.
The third division, scheduled for the fifth race, is loaded
as three of the four winners will square off for a purse of $35,000 (approx.).
Twin B Peaches, Walk From Heaven and Betterthangraduate all captured their
respective divisions at Vernon. The other winner, Ubettergo Go, will compete in
the second leg, scheduled for the third race on the 11-race card that is set to
begin at 12:30 p.m.

line choice for Jody Jamieson after drawing the seven post.
