YR - POSTS DRAWN FOR FINALES OF LEVY, MATCHMAKER

YONKERS, NY, Tuesday, April 23, 2013--Post positions were drawn Tuesday for Yonkers Raceway's pair of Saturday night series finales, that of the $450,000 George Morton Levy Memorial Pacing Series and the $285,000 Blue Chip Matchmaker.


The 26th edition of the Levy, harness racing's richest race of the season to date, is listed as the 10th race. Post time for the dozen-race card is 7:10 PM, with approximate post for the Levy at 10:25 PM.

The octet meet and greet in this order...1-Razze Dazzle (Brian Sears); 2-Versado (Andy Miller); 3-Annie'swesterncard (Matt Kakaley); 4-Dancin' Yankee (Tim Tetrick); 5-Casimir Jitterbug (Doug McNair); 6-Second Wind N (Tetrick also listed); 7-Foiled Again (Yannick Gingras); 8-Something for Doc (George Brennan). Nob Hill High (Eric Goodell) is the also eligible.

Annie'swesterncard and two-time Levy champ Foiled Again shall race as a common trainer (Ron Burke) and ownership entry.

 
The fifth finale of the Matchmaker goes as the seventh race (approximate post 9:25 PM) and lines up as such...1-Feeling You (Tyler Buter); 2-Eighthunrdolarbill (Sears); 3-Camille (Gingras); 4-Warrawee Koine (Jason Bartlett); 5-Ramona Disomma (Dan Dube); 6-Krispy Apple (Kakaley); 7-Rocklamation (Gingras also listed); 8-Anndrovette (Tetrick). Royal Cee Cee N (Brennan) is the also eligible. 

Camille and Rocklamation race as Burke-trained entry, while Krispy Apple and Anndrovette go as a common trainer (PJ Fraley) and ownership entry.

The requisite consolation races, worth $100,000 and $75,000, respectively, go as races nine (Levy) and six (Matchmaker).

Morning-line odds and driver changes shall be added to the equation Wednesday.

The Raceway's five-night-per-week live schedule continues, with first post every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:10 PM. Evening simulcasting accompanies all live programs, with afternoon simulcasting available around the NYRA schedule (note that Belmont Park opens Friday).
