Danger, try the paddock before the race.
While
his alter ego nom de plume—disgraced former New York politician Anthony
Weiner—has a thing for the camera, alas, ‘Carlos’ the four-legged does not.
From
a Yonkers Raceway eight-hole in Monday night’s third race, Carlos Danger was a
non-factor sixth, running his career record to 1-for-21. However, the
3-year-old pacing colt was more than obliging (along with groom Amanda Hagstrom
Vestgard) to mug for the paparazzi earlier in the evening.
As
for Carlos, it’s back to the drawing board. Either that, or in the spirit of his
namesake, Photoshop.
