YONKERS, NY, Wednesday, March 9, 2015—A
friendly reminder from Yonkers Raceway that Thursday night’s (March 10) Pick 5
wager begins with both a $10,000 guaranteed pool (program pages available at www.yonkersraceway.com) and a tidy
carryover of $3,1,84.85.
This is the first week that the guaranteed
pool has been relocated from its previous Monday night residence.
The Pick 5 is a 50-cent base wager
comprising races 7 through 11 during every racing program. It has no consolation
payoff, meaning if no one selects all five winners (as was the case Tuesday
afternoon), the entire pool (minus takeout) moves to the next program.
