YONKERS ANNOUNCES EARLY 2012 DRAW SCHEDULE

YONKERS, NY, Monday, December 19, 2011 – Yonkers Raceway has announced its early 2012 draw schedule for the season which begins—pending approval of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board—Friday night, Jan 13.

Note that beginning Friday, Jan, 13, Yonkers returns to its regular draw schedule. Also note that from Jan. 9-12, race office hours are from 8 AM – 2:30 PM.

Qualifiers for Friday, Jan. 13, are to be drawn Thursday, Jan. 12 (box closes at 9 AM). All driver changes/scratches close at 10 AM the day after the draw, with the exception of the Tuesday (Jan. 17) card, closing at the regular time (Friday, Jan. 13 at 10 PM).
