dining restaurant. Executive Chef Dennis Sammarone, a well-known veteran of the
New York City dining scene, has created a fantastic Mother’s Day Pink Buffet.
Pink’s
$44.95 buffet opens at 11:30 am. Dishes will include brunch
favorites such as French toast and Cajun-style potato knishes, entrees like
mom’s homemade meatballs and ravioli, honey baked turkey along with chicken
fingers for the kids, and assorted ice creams, cakes and cookies for
dessert. All Mom’s receive a pink rose and a mimosa. Reservations

There
will be plenty of excitement on the track as the harness race card features the
inaugural $150,000 Mack Lobell Elitlopp Playoff. The race features North
America’s top trotters all vying for an invite to Sweden’s Elitlopp, one of the
most prestigious races in Europe.
Off
the track, ten lucky contestants will get the chance to dig for jewelry, trips
for 2 to a NJ Bed & Breakfast and cash in the popular Diamond Dig
promotion. Entries will be taken until race 6 at the promotions
table. Ten contestants will be given a plastic scoop and the chance to
dig for prizes (no hands) through one of two sand-filled pools. Total
prize value is over $16,000!
The
fun continues with Horseplay. Buy a mini rubber horse for $1 with
all proceeds in the month of May donated to the Team Red, White and Blue,
and throw the horse into the car after Race 9 for a chance to win entry into
the August 6st car drawing for a 2016 Scion.
