Due to the hot weather hitting the area Friday (July 19) and Saturday (July 20), Vernon Downs and Tioga Downs will both start an hour later.
Vernon Downs will start at 7:10 p.m. on both days while Tioga Downs will start at 7:15 p.m. on the two dates.
