This Friday, July 12th fans can watch the world’s
greatest racing while dining on delicious Italian food in Pink at Meadowlands
Racing & Entertainment.
The Italian-themed buffet is $29.95 and features all the
classic Italian dishes. Guests can start their night with Italian wedding
soup, assorted antipasti, and classic Caesar salad. Buffet entrees
include Chef Dennis Samarrone’s famous chicken Cacciatore, pork chop Murphy
with hot cherry peppers, homemade manicotti, chicken parmigiana and beef
Maison.
Assorted Italian desserts round out the tantalizing
meal.

Then on Friday, July 19th
impersonator, Jesse Posa takes the stage as Mr. Blue Eyes, Frank Sinatra.
Jesse Posa is one of the leading Frank Sinatra impersonators in the country and
has appeared at numerous corporate events and private affairs. He has performed
as “Frank Sinatra” on stage at Radio City Music Hall, in the Off-Broadway
production of “Sinatra & Friends” and at BB King’s in Times Square NYC in
“Party with the Rat Pack”.
The Sinatra tribute night buffet is
$39.95 excluding tax & gratuity. The buffet begins at 5:30pm with the
musical entertainment taking the stage at 8:30pm.
On non-themed
or non-music nights, the Pink Friday buffet remains $29.95 and $39.95 on
Saturdays. Live harness racing post time is 7:15 p.m.
