Rutherford, NJ - The Meadowlands will
open for live racing on Friday, November 13 and will race live Friday and
Saturday with post time at 7:00 p.m. through the end of 2015.
First qualifiers will be
on Friday, November 6 with post time at 9:30 a.m. Declare by 10:00
a.m. on Thursday, November 5. Online entry for the qualifiers is currently
available.
Qualifying standards: For
stakes will be a clean, charted line in 45 days. For overnight races the horse
must have a clean line that meets the track time standards within 45 days.
The 2015-2016 Racing Applications are available. Please complete, sign and fax both
pages to 201-507-0182 (Deadline for racing application is Nov. 5th, 2015).
There will be a double draw
on Monday, November 9 for both Friday, November 13 and Saturday, November
14 cards. The condition
sheet will be available on Tuesday (November 3) afternoon. Note: We do not anticipate
that many of the stakes listed will require elimination races for opening
weekend, resulting in more overnight horses getting raced.
