YONKERS, NY, Thursday, May 15, 2014—A
friendly reminder from Yonkers Raceway regarding our previously-scheduled break
in the schedule.
After the Art Rooney Pace/Lismore
program of Saturday, May 31st, the Raceway shall be dark—as in no
live racing and/or evening simulcasting--until Friday, June 13th.
Afternoon simulcasting continues daily,
highlighted by the June 7th Belmont Stakes.
Until the R&R, Yonkers’
five-night-per-week live schedule continues, with first post every Monday,
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:10 PM. Evening simulcasting
accompanies all live programs, with—again--afternoon simulcasting available
daily. Note that for Preakness weekend at Pimlico, Yonkers’ mutuel windows open
@ 11 AM Friday (with advance wagering available on the entire Preakness Day card)
and @ 10 AM Saturday.
