On Friday, February 16, Meadowlands
Racing & Entertainment is celebrating Chinese New Year with an Asian
inspired buffet in Pink Restaurant.
The
Asian fusion buffet is $29.95 and features all the classic Asian-American
dishes. Guests can start their night with wonton soup, steamed dumplings,
spring rolls, and cold sesame noodles. Buffet entrees include, shrimp
with broccoli, sweet & sour beef, General Tso’s Chicken, and pork fried
rice. Fortune cookies, almond cookies, and coconut cake are the perfect
desserts to round out the delicious meal.
