Raceway announced today they will offer prep races for NY Bred 2 Year Old
Pacing Colts, NW 1 PM Lifetime, for a purse of $5,000, the draw will be on
Wednesday June 17, the box closes at 9:00am for the Monday June 22nd
card. The timing of this prep race bodes well for 2 year old colts
looking to race in the NYSS on June 29 for 2 YO Pacing Colts. “We felt that it
is an excellent opportunity to have trainers give their colts a preview of the
Monticello oval, prior to racing in the Sire Stakes”, says Monticello Raceway
Race Secretary Eric Warner.
