M1 - Meadowlands Pace Late Pick Four Offers $100,000 Guarantee

The Meadowlands Racetrack has offered the best bet in harness racing for years and on Meadowlands Pace night, it will be even better.  That’s because The Late Pick Four will double its guarantee.  On Saturday night, that wager, covering races 7 through 10 will carry a $100,000 guaranteed pool.

“This season has been nothing short of remarkable,” said Director of Racing Operations, Darin Zoccali.  “The bettors and horsemen have supported the Meadowlands each racing card since December 28th.  In return, we like to present the best wagering format and best product in harness racing for our customers.  On Meadowlands Pace night we are happy to offer the largest guaranteed pool in harness racing for our Late Pick Four.”

The sequence will feature many of the finest horses in training.  The Meadowlands Pace Late Pick Four includes a dozen Hambletonian Contenders in the Stanley Dancer Memorial, the best Free For All Pacers in the world in the William Haughton Memorial and the best three year old pacers in our signature event, The Meadowlands Pace.

The $100,000 Guaranteed Late Pick Four will be the final of three guaranteed pools on the evening.  The first race kicks off the $20,000 Guaranteed $.50 Pick 5, while race 3 starts the $30,000 Guaranteed Early Pick 4.

For the first time, The Meadowlands Pace will air on networks from coast to coast thanks to the growing relationship between The Meadowlands Racetrack and TVG, the national leader in television coverage for the sport of horse racing.  From 9:30 through 11:00 P.M., a special program will air on TVG, Sun Sports, SportsSouth and MSG Plus.  The program will air exclusive coverage of the William Haughton Memorial and Meadowlands Pace and feature commentary and analysis from TVG’s Tom Cassidy and Darin Zoccali, Director of Racing Operations and Morning Line Oddsmaker/Track Handicapper for The Meadowlands Racetrack.  Check local listings for availability.
