YONKERS, NY, Monday, January 21, 2019—Due
to the brutal cold and subsequent humane (and human) concerns about
transporting and racing the two- and four-legged, Yonkers Raceway has cancelled
its live program for this evening (Monday, Jan. 21st).
It’s the second consecutive cancellation
of 2019.
Evening simulcasting has also been
cancelled, with the afternoon version already having been scrapped after
Aqueduct cancelled its program.
