On Friday, February
8 guests dining on the Pink Buffet will get a truly customizable buffet with
endless soup & pasta!
The
Endless Soup-n-Pasta Buffet is $29.95 and features classic pasta dishes such as
tortellini panna, linguine with clam sauce, penne arrabiata with wild mushrooms
and of course spaghetti with marinara sauce . Guests can also enjoy the make
your own soup station filled with various flavorful broths and all the soup
fixings including fresh noodles, assorted vegetables, rice and beef. The
buffet also includes fresh salads, a NY Strip carving station and home-made

on Saturday, February 9 wine lovers will experience a tour of Italy at the
5-course wine dinner.

2nd course: Linguine Cozze E Vongole

3rd course: Classic Caesar Salad paired
