This Friday, January 25th fans can watch the world’s
greatest racing while dining on authentic Mexican-American cuisine in Pink at
Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment.
The Mexican-themed buffet is $29.95 and features all the classic
dishes. Guests can start their night with tortilla & hominy soup,
chili con queso, and quesadillas. Buffet entrees include chicken & beef
chimichangas, a make-your-own taco bar with all the fixings, black beans and a
variety of salsas.
Flan and tres leches cake round out this flavorful
meal.

Guests that dine in Pink Friday nights five times will get 50% off their 6th
