YONKERS, NY, Friday, May 24, 2013 – A
friendly reminder from friendly Yonkers Raceway that after the Art Rooney
Pace/Lismore stakes program of Saturday, June 1, Yonkers Raceway is dark for
live racing (and evening simulcasting) until Friday, June 14.
Afternoon simulcasting continues around the NYRA schedule, including the June 8th Belmont Stakes (special first post @ 11:35 AM).

Horsemen are also reminded that nominations for the “Jackpot Next Door”
Claiming Series (for $20,000 claiming pacers of both genders) close Saturday,
June 15, with the series beginning Friday, June 28. Nominations forms are
available in the nightly racing program, on-line (www.yonkersraceway.com) and various
