The grand opening of Winners Bayonne brought together celebrities
from both sides of the racing world on Tuesday, July 17. Holding Gallo Blue Chip, the richest
standardbred racehorse of all time, are Chuck C. Lopez, one of the all-time
leading riders at the Meadowlands and Monmouth Park, and Brian Sears, six-time
leading driver at the Meadowlands. They
are joined by Gallo Blue Chip’s caretaker, Sharon Galligan. Gallo Blue Chip won more than $4 million in
