Book a table at
the Meadowlands Racetrack’s Pink Buffet this Friday, Oct 25th and
treat your taste buds to the flavors of Greece.
The Friday buffet
is just $29.95 and features butternut squash salad, Tuscan kale and sausage
soup, curry pork loin and “It’s all Greek to me” station with hummus, stuffed
grape leaves, and spanakopita.
The $39.95
Saturday buffet features another delicious menu with jumbo crab rigatoni,
chicken Milanese with a basil and white wine sauce and roast strip steak.
The Friday buffet
themed stations continue each week:
- November 1st:
Comfort Food – mini meatloves, rich mashed potatoes and green bean
casserole
- November 8th:
Havana Nights – traditional Cuban sandwiches with ham, roast pork, pickles
and cheese, rice and beans and plantains
- November 15th:
Polish Festa – pierogis, sauerkraut and kielbasa
- November 22nd:
All American – sliders, grilled hot dogs and fries
- November 29th:
Make Your Own Mac & Cheese - top with your choice of bacon,
scallions, chicken tomatoes and ham
