YONKERS, NY, Thursday, October 5, 2017—Yonkers
Raceway and the New York Racing Association have taken the ‘New York, New York
Double’ and doubled it.
Saturday, Oct. 14th, with the
Raceway hosting the million-dollar Yonkers International Trot @ Empire City
Casino, included in the wagering menu is a two-breed Pick 4.
The races involved are…
--8th from Yonkers…$250,000
Harry Harvey Invitational Trot
--9th from Yonkers…$1 million
Yonkers International Trot @ Empire City Casino
--race TBA from Belmont…$150,000 Futurity
--race TBA from Belmont...$300,000 Pebbles
The wager is hosted by NYRA and has a
50-cent minimum with a 24 percent takeout.
As with the ‘Double,’ past performances
for this wager shall be made available in both tracks’ live program as well as
simulcast publications. Fans can wager through Empire City Bets, NYRA Bets and
selected other ADW platforms.
First post for Yonkers is 1 PM, while
Belmont’s opener goes at 12:55 PM.
