YR - YONKERS PUSHES BACK THURSDAY DRAW BY 24 HOURS

YONKERS, NY, Thursday, January 2, 2014—Even before Yonkers Raceway begins its 2014 season, Mother Nature has stuck her two cents in.

Due to the impending snowstorm descending upon the greater New York area, the draw for Thursday (Jan. 9), which was to take place tomorrow (Friday, Jan. 3), has been moved back to Saturday (Jan. 4), with the box closing at 9 AM.

Changes for today’s double-draw (Monday/Tuesday, Jan. 6 and 7) shall be made Saturday at 10 AM.

Reminder that a 45-day rule is in effect from the draw for Monday, Jan. 6 through the draw for Saturday, Jan. 18.

The Raceway’s live schedule begins Monday night (Jan. 6), with first post every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the usual 7:10 PM.
