The Big M Hosts Pork Roll Eating Competition

On Saturday, October 20^th, Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment hosts its third annual Pork Roll eating competition.  Pork lovers and non-pork lovers alike will head to the Meadowlands to get a taste of the action during an evening of live harness racing.

The competition featuring the New Jersey breakfast staple will take place following race six. Fans can enter via the program entry form until race 4, after which ten lucky fans will be selected to participate.

The eaters will have 2 minutes to eat as many slices of pork roll possible to win their share of the $1,000 cash prize and the title of Meadowlands Roll-Eating Champion. First prize is $500, first runner-up will be awarded $250, second runner-up will be awarded $150, third runner-up receives $100. 

 Live harness racing will commence at 7:15 PM.
