YONKERS, NY, Thursday, June 13, 2013--When Yonkers Raceway returns Friday
night, it does with a new wagering platform...and a new wager.
Yonkers is proud to announce the highly-anticipated debut of
EmpireCityBets.com, its advance deposit wagering (ADW) site which offers by far

features all the major harness and thoroughbred tracks, all with generous

Also Friday, Yonkers shall institute a new wager, a Pick-5 beginning in the
fifth race. The 50-cent minimum wager is to be offered nightly and features a
$10,000 guaranteed pool every Monday and Tuesday.
The Pick-5 has no consolation payoff. If
no one selects all five winners, the entire pool carries over to the next wagering
program.
After programs Friday and Saturday, the Raceway's five-night-per-week schedule
resumes next week, with first post every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and
Saturday at 7:10 PM. Evening simulcasting accompanies all live programs, with
afternoon simulcasting available around the NYRA schedule.
