Merriman won his quintuplet of races on Saturday (November 10).
Page drove McArdle Direct ($2.60),
The Sweet Dion ($4.40), Ayla Hanover ($5.60), Emma Rose Ben ($12.60) and Royal
Fortune ($3.00) to victory. Friday’s
wins represent five of Page’s 1,683 career driving victories. The Mt. Vernon
native started driving in 2000 and has since garnered $6,518,844 in purse earnings.
On Saturday Aaron Merriman drove
Mystical Sam ($10.20), High Heels N Spurs ($5.20), Masteroftheclass ($5.20),
Richie The Clown (3.20) and Mainline Hall ($16.40) to victory. Merriman leads the 2012 Northfield Park
driver standings. He has notched 5,455
career wins with $26,274,372 in purse earnings.
