Meadowlands Racetrack
East Rutherford, NJ - Live racing happens every
Friday and Saturday night at the Meadowlands Racetrack. Post time is
6:20pm with a special 6pm post time on Saturday, July 17th for the
Meadowlands Pace and 12 noon on Saturday, August 7th for the
Hambletonian.
The summer weather is perfect for outdoor casual
dining at our Backyard BBQ Grill & Bar. The menu features freshly
smoked ribs, brisket, pulled pork along with a variety of sides including
classic mac-n-cheese, coleslaw and fries. Cooked to order hamburgers and
hotdogs are also available.
The Backyard BBQ Grill
and Bar opens at 5 pm on Fridays and Saturdays weather permitting.
Guests looking to beat the heat and dine indoors
have two great options.
The
grandstand second floor Lounge features ala carte dining with a $35 table
minimum. The menu options including loaded nachos, crab
cakes, carne asada tacos, wraps, salads, burgers and more.
It
opens for dining at 5pm on Fridays and 11 am on Saturdays. The full menu can be

Those looking for buffet dining are able to make
reservations by calling 201-The-BigM (201-843-2446). The Friday buffet is
$39.95 and $44.95 on Saturday.
Friday’s menu features a selection of fresh
salads, fish and chips, Kentucky-style fried chicken with honey mustard sauce
and rigatoni with mozzarella. Desserts include ice cream, apple pie and
homemade cookies.
Saturday’s features a similar menu along with
