Meadowlands Racetrack
East Rutherford, NJ - Buffet dining returns this
Friday, June 4th at the Meadowlands Racetrack.
For live racing on Friday nights the buffet is
$39.95 while on Saturday nights the buffet is $44.95. Tax and gratuity is
not included.
“We are very pleased to bring buffet dining back
to Trotters and Pink Restaurant,” said Jason Settlemoir, COO & GM of the
Meadowlands Racetrack. “We received a number of inquires regarding the
return of our buffet so we know our guests are happy to see it return. Chef
Dennis Sammarone is also excited to be back in the kitchen.”
This Friday’s menu features NY clam chowder,
iceberg lettuce with bacon and bleu cheese dressing, baked macaroni with shrimp
and cream, roasted salmon with garlic and lemon and crispy roasted
chicken. The buffet will have ice cream, homemade cookies and chocolate
cake for dessert.
Saturday’s menu has a similar menu with the
addition of a carving station featuring Cajun-rubbed top sirloin steak.
