On Friday, May 4 Meadowlands
Racing & Entertainment is celebrating Cinco de Mayo a day early!
The Cuatro
de Mayo buffet in Pink Restaurant is $29.95 and features a make your own taco
bar with steak, chicken and shrimp and all the classic fixings including fresh
pico de gallo. Guests can enjoy quesadillas, chili con queso and a
delicious tortilla soup. The buffet also includes homemade flan and tres leche
cake.
On
Kentucky Derby Day, Saturday, May 5, Victory Sports Bar features
Southern-inspired buffet beginning at 11:30am for $49.95 (price includes a Kentucky
Derby program.) Dishes include sides and starters like mashed sweet
potatoes, home-made mac & cheese, freshly baked corn bread, and sweet &
spicy chicken wings, entrees like roasted chicken and BBQ ribs, and assorted
pastries and cookies for dessert.

Live harness
racing kicks off at 7:15 pm both Friday and Saturday. Post Time for the
