This Friday, February 23, Meadowlands Racing &
Entertainment is giving guests a truly customizable buffet with endless pasta and soup!
The Endless Buffet is $29.95
and features classic pasta dishes such as tortellini panna, linguine with clam
sauce, penne arrabiata with wild mushrooms and of course spaghetti with
marinara sauce . Guests can also enjoy the make your own soup station filled
with various flavorful broths and all the soup fixings including fresh noodles,
assorted vegetables, rice and beef. The buffet also includes fresh
salads, a NY Strip carving station and home-made desserts
