East Rutherford, NJ - Live racing
returns to The Meadowlands on Friday night as the trotters and
pacers will circle the mile oval thirteen times. It's another card packed with
big fields and interesting match ups leading the parade, supported by the usual
guarantees on the Pick 4's and 5 and the Super Hi 5 Jackpot carry over that is
now well past the six figure mark.

On the track, the seventh race
features conditioned trotters for a purse of $15,000. Fully half of the ten
horse field comes into the race off of a winning effort led by Meadows invader
Neednorestrictions who has strung together five straight at the western PA
track for owner Trudy Hite and trainer Wayne Hite. Jim Pantaleano is in for the
drive.
His main rivals begin from the far
outside posts 9 and 10 in this handicap event. Scirocco Jacob (Marcus Miller)
took the class last week in a speedy 1:53.4 for trainer Greg White and owners
Lewis and Kathleen Whitaker.
PL Ichabod skipped a week after his
1:54.4 score in the class on February 2. Tony Alagna conditions PL Ichabod for
owner Jennifer Dalton and Eric Abbatiello will drive.
