Good Gambling Card on at The Meadowlands on Saturday

East Rutherford, NJ - Good field size, competitive races and top drivers highlight the Saturday offering at The Meadowlands along with the standard menu of guaranteed exotic wagers and delightful dining options in Pink.

The Saturday night feature comes in race seven where eight solid pacers vie for a purse of $17,500 in a conditioned event.

Ron Burke sends a duo of accomplished veterans out as a coupled entry with Always At My Place and Speed Again representing the top barn in racing.

Always At My Place is only recently removed from winning the Open class at Yonkers twice in late October. The 2017 winner of over $173,000 has won 9 of 28 seasonal starts for trainer Burke as Burke Racing along with partners Weaver Bruscemi, Larry Karr and Phil Collura. Yannick Gingras will drive from post six on Saturday.

Speed Again has been around forever and may have last a step or two at age eight but recently eclipsed the $1 million mark in career earnings. He races for Burke Racing, Weaver Bruscemi and RTC Stables with Corey Callahan aboard from post seven.

There is a qualifier for the World Harness Handicapping Contest (WHHC) sponsored by Derby Wars on Saturday with two seats in the big final up for grabs.

Post time is 7:15 p.m.
