Millstone Township, NJ - Nov. 12, 2017 -
Twenty-four horses are still without homes, but an
extension was negotiated until 4pm, Monday, Nov. 13,
2017.
The hope is that at least half of those needing
homes will have luck by late morning. "Deciding on who stays and
who ships is just not something anyone wants to do, " said Tammy
Cailliou, SRF's Administrator. "We continue to ask for
tax-deductible donations, hope that there are less horses left without
homes by 4pm tomorrow, and that enough is raised to extend
ourselves to help them. Paying the "bail" is nothing
compared to shipping, quarantine, veterinary care, farrier, worming,
rehabilitation, and training, and carrying them into spring 2018.
Please be as generous as you can so none are left out.

- Whether
you home one of these in need or adopt a horse from SRF see AdoptaHorse.org, it will free up a
space for these. Many are on the website but not all.
