YONKERS, NY, Saturday, December 14, 2013--A second early taste of winter in the
greater New York area has forced Yonkers Raceway to cancel its live racing
program and evening simulcasting for tonight (Saturday, Dec. 14).
Live racing is scheduled to resume Monday, (Dec. 16), with the usual 7:10 PM
first post, as the Raceway begins its final live week of the season.
As of this writing, afternoon
simulcasting remains available until approximately 6 PM. This may change
depending upon the status of Aqueduct’s program, which is on (again, as of this
writing).
