Clntn - Clinton Raceway Hosts 'Memorial' Program Closing Day This Sunday

Clinton, September 28, 2012 - Clinton Raceway will host its final program of the season this Sunday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.

The entire Closing Day program will pay tribute to past harness horse people who made a lasting contribution to the sport.

Each of the 12 races on the card will be a memorial event and the following people will be honoured:

“All of these people loved the sport and had a lasting impact, especially here in Clinton,” said General Manager Ian Fleming. “We take a lot of pride in being able to honour these people and thank their friends and family for helping making a day like this possible.”
