PURSE SCHEDULE, LATE CLOSING FALL EVENTS
RELEASED FOR CAL EXPO HARNESS MEETING

“The
opening purse schedule is based on $41,500 per race night,” said Director of
Racing Fred Kuebler. “The condition sheet has only three classes below $3,000.
A much more extensive late closing schedule covering December to May will be
released in early October.”
The barn area and main track are
now open at Cal Expo. The meeting is scheduled to run through May 11, with
Friday and Saturday programs until December 22, then Thursday, Friday and
Saturday racing through the remainder of the stand.
