LLC, operator of Cal Expo harness, is pleased to announce their broadcast
upgrade to High Definition beginning Friday, December 18.
"The upgrade
will ultimately include features such as shutter, car and paddock camera
shots,” said Chris Schick, General Manager at Cal Expo harness.

cooperation with this fan friendly upgrade"
