Meadowlands Beer Dinner Features Blue Point Brewing

This Saturday, November 10^th Meadowlands Racing & Entertainment is hosting a 5-course beer dinner featuring Long Island’s Blue Point Brewing Company.

The dinner is $49.95 with each course expertly paired by Executive Chef Dennis Sammarone to showcase Blue Point’s brews.

1st course: Crispy Calamari with ginger, garlic and soy paired with Blue Point Beach Plum Gose 
2nd course: Chicken Quesadilla with spicy roasted tomatillo salsa paired with Blue Point Mosaic IPA
3rd course: Rigatoni Bolognese with Sam Marzano tomatoes and Pecorino cheese with Blue Point Toasted Lager
4th course: French-Cut Pork Chop with hot & sweet vinegar pepper sauce accompanied by Butternut Squash & Wild Mushrooms paired with Blue Point Prop Stopper IPA
5th course: Belgium Chocolate Cake with fresh raspberry cream paired with Blue Point Sour Cherry Imperial Stout

Beer dinner guests also get a show on the racetrack with live harness racing kicking off at 7:15pm.
