Watch and Wager LLC has excluded owner Osmin Carrera and
trainer Dario Solares from the grounds and all participation following the
death and illegal removal of the 5-year-old pacer Nutmegs Davey.
"The
horse is undergoing a necropsy at UC Davis," said Watch and Wager LLC
General Manger Chris Schick. “The investigation is being conducted by the
California Horse Racing Board and we are giving them our full
co-operation.”
